Exchange window

You may request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement.

Refunds

• Cash on Delivery: refunded via bKash / Nagad to the account you provide.
• Prepaid: refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-returnable

• Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by use.
• Items purchased on final-sale or clearance.
